Walt Disney World Resort Hop Challenge
I spent a beautiful February day in Orlando doing a resort hop challenge at WDW with our good friend Russ! We set out to try and visit at least one resort in every category (value, moderate, deluxe and deluxe villa) ride all the WDW transportation (bus, boat, monorail, and skyliner), while enjoying a tasty treat and snapping an iconic resort selfie at each stop along the way! We enjoyed our final day in Miami with a trip to Little Havana to do some shopping for a guayabera and a new panama hat for Mark. We had such a great stay at our 3 Bedroom Airbnb in Davenport Florida! We stayed for 2-full weeks and loved having our own private pool at the house! Can I ask where you guys got that pillowcase that you sent in your box? I really want one of those.
The pillowcase we sent was purchased at a local craft fair, so i'm not sure the best way to get one! :( I wish I had written down the name of the person we purchased from, I think I sent along their card with the box, but didn't take note myself as she might have an etsy shop as well.
Please I lost it at dad nervously saying “mickeys favorite riiiide” before I even read the comment bc I knew exactly what was happening 😂

Grew up in Denver. Been there a few times. Fond memories. Glad they improved the food. I wish my daughter could experience it. But we're in NC.
We have lived here since 2005 and had never been!! 🤦🏼♀️We always heard how terrible the food was and honestly thought it was just bad food with cliff divers and fully didn't understand the majestic nature of the experience! It really is a must visit spot in Denver and the food, while I can't say it's the best we've ever had, was pretty descent! The one thing I would say is the portion sizes were small, but I guess you could order a 2nd entree at a discounted price, which is nice to know! We would love to go back someday, but right now they are still on the lottery wait list system. Hopefully soon it will open back up for walk ups and just regular advanced reservations! We really had such a fun time!

I have to say that being a part of the ChEAR squad is so fun at the races!! We had a blast cheering our friends on during the 5K, even though we almost froze to death 🤣! Mark and Wally had so much fun cheering for the 10K and got to visit ALL the characters while they waited (with zero lines). It's so fun to make signs and bring noisemakers and be a part of the magic and Wally can't wait to run in his own kids races later this year and is already asking about signing up for a RunDisney 5K! 🙌🏻

It was really such a fun way to spend a day at WDW without going into the parks!!! There are so many amazing resorts on property and such a fun way to enjoy the Disney Magic!
We watched this a few nights ago on the big tv in our living room but I had been meaning to leave a comment! We loved seeing your solo adventures in Little Havana and with the gluten free cuban bakery and coffee 😍 and of course we loved seeing the clips from our wedding 🥰 I can't believe its going to be a year already! It was truly our favorite night of our lives! but my favorite part is Paul, Mark and Chris dancing together 😂👏 we need more excuses to get them to dance like that again! haha thanks so much for sharing Irene!!! ❤

The food situation was rough, made worse by the fact that most food in that area also closes around 10-11pm. I hope for this year's Moonlight Magic the planners thought a bit more about how to process food vouchers. It was painful for everyone involved, the cast, the guests, management, and security. Though I got to experience something that I have never seen even vlogged, the gate shutting behind me as we were the last people out of the park. Thanks and so fun that you visited the exhibit too! We've done the Walt Disney Family Museum in San Francisco, the Walt Disney Hometown Museum in Marceline, and the Grand Tour of all the Walt Disney history in Burbank so we really enjoyed this exhibit's take on the Walt Disney Company itself! It was really a great experience and we're so thankful we got to see it while it was traveling the country! We have a Walt Disney history playlist on our channel you might enjoy with all the Walt Disney History spots we've visited! We need to make it back to the museum in San Francisco, it was before our vlogging days and before our little Walter came along!

I really don’t know why I enjoy it on vacation… at home it’s the bane of my existence, but when we’re on vacation it feels so peaceful! I think it just makes me feel grounded in something real when vacation is such a disconnect from reality… or… I’m just crazy! 😂😂
